Shipping

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days(excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control, but we’re always happy to assist if you have questions.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds apply to the item price only.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted on eligible items within 14 days of delivery date, provided the item is:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Items showing signs of wear may not qualify for a refund.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted. 

 

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

 

Final Sale & Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings and pierced jewelry are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange once worn or tried on.

Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Non-Pierced Jewelry

Necklaces, bracelets, rings, and other non-pierced items may be eligible for return if they are:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Approved according to our return guidelines

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
